Launched a highly integrated Hi-Fi headphone chip-level solution based on Realtek technology for mid-to-advanced mobile phones, headphone amplifiers and type-c audio headphones. This chip is Realtek's first highly integrated 32bit/192 kHz Hi-Fi headphone chip-level solution -ALC5662 (QFN-48) & ALC5663 (WLCSP-56). The solution includes a dual-channel DAC, a dual-channel stereo headphone amplifier, and a mono ADC for analog microphones.
Compared to other headphone audio solutions, the ALC5662/ALC5663 provides a high standard of music quality, total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) is less than or equal to negative 100dB, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is less than or equal to negative 124dB, crosstalk is less than or equal to negative 100dB, and so on. And the earphone amplifier end can output 2Vrms, which can support the perfect listening experience of high-impedance earphones (250Ohm~600Ohm). In addition to this, the solution further enables smart headset detection, including: Headset (3 segment)/headset (4 segment) identification, 10 level headset impedance detection (0Ohm ~50kOhm), 4 button control of the headset (Android Wired Audio Headset SpecificaTIon) v1.1) and a headset that supports both OMTP/CTIA pinout.
At the same time, the ALC5662/ALC5663 also has a built-in Charge pump and integrates the Asynchronous Sample Rate Converter (ASRC) into the chip. Greatly reduce the BOM cost of the system, but also greatly reduce the design complexity on the system, without special external frequency shaker and boost buck converter, you can provide output DC bias of 0V, output amplitude of 2Vrms audio.
