    Set the fine score of the stepper motor driver, usually the higher the fine score, the higher the control resolution, but the fine score is too high will affect the maximum feed speed, in general, For mold machine users can consider the pulse equivalent of 0.001mm/P(at this time the maximum feed speed is 9600mm/min) or 0.0005mm/P(at this time the maximum feed speed is 4800mm/min), for users with low precision requirements, the pulse equivalent can be set larger, For example, 0.002mm/P(the maximum feed speed at this time is 19200mm/min) or 0.005mm/P(the maximum feed speed at this time is 48000mm/min). For two-phase stepper motors, the pulse equivalent is calculated as follows: pulse equivalent = lead screw pitch ÷ fine fraction ÷200.
    Curve acceleration: Used to describe the acceleration and deceleration ability when multiple feed axes are linked, the unit is millimeter/second square, which determines the maximum speed of the machine tool when doing circular motion. The greater the value, the greater the maximum allowable speed of the machine when doing circular motion. Usually, for the machine tool composed of the stepper motor system, the value is between 400 and 1000, and for the servo motor system, it can be set between 1000 and 5000. If it is a heavy machine tool, the value is smaller. In the setting process, start to set a small, run for a period of time, repeat all kinds of typical linkage movements, pay attention to observation, if there is no abnormal situation, and then gradually increase, if found abnormal situation, reduce the value, and leave 50%- 100% of the insurance margin.
    Take-off speed: This parameter corresponds to the take-off frequency of the stepper motor. The so-called jump frequency is the highest frequency that the stepper motor can directly start work without acceleration. Reasonable selection of this parameter can improve the machining efficiency and avoid the low speed section with bad motion characteristics of the stepper motor. However, if the parameter is selected too large, it will cause a stuffy car, so be sure to leave a margin. In the factory parameters of the motor, the take-off frequency parameter is generally included. However, after the machine is assembled, the value may change and generally decrease, especially when doing movement with load. Therefore, the setting parameters are best determined by actual measurement after referring to the motor factory parameters.
    Uniaxial acceleration: Used to describe the acceleration and deceleration capacity of a single feed shaft in millimeters per second squared. This index is determined by the physical characteristics of the machine tool, such as the mass of the moving part, the torque of the feed motor, the resistance, the cutting load, etc. The greater the value, the less time spent in the process of acceleration and deceleration during the movement, the higher the efficiency. Usually, for stepper motors, the value is between 100 and 500, and for servo motor systems, it can be set between 400 and 1200. In the setup process, start with a small setting, run for a while, repeat doing various typical exercises, and pay attention to observe if there is no anomaly.
