    In the work, intelligent robots often need to carry out fast moving operations, and efficient and accurate moving sight ability is very important. The SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS are all based on the advanced SmartGS? -2 Plus technology platform. As a Global Shutter image sensor, all three products can effectively suppress the motion deformation and tailing blur of the image, so as to achieve high-speed and accurate imaging. Therefore, in the actual operation, SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS can ensure the intelligent robot's high-definition and intangible image capture effect of moving objects, achieve efficient moving objects, greatly improve the accuracy of the robot's identification of the surrounding environment, and improve 


Easy to deal with high sensitivity dark light environment
    In practical work, intelligent robots often have to face the work scene with poor light conditions such as dim and invisible light source. The SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS have dual ultra-high sensitivity in visible and near-infrared light, which can effectively solve the pain points of applications in dark light environments, and help the robot achieve high-definition image capture capabilities without fear of light and dark.

    All three products have a large pixel size of 3μm and a peak quantum efficiency of up to 90% in the visible band, so they can help the robot achieve clear capture of image information even in dim, low-light environments. In addition, SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS also have high sensitivity under near-infrared light. Taking SC038HGS as an example, in the 940nm band, its peak quantum efficiency is as high as 20.3%, which can fully meet the needs of near-infrared visual perception, and help intelligent robots achieve accurate obstacle avoidance and positioning recognition in dim and dark environments.


High dynamic range is fearless of complex lighting challenges
    Intelligent robots used in outdoor scenes such as agriculture and rescue need to work in an environment with complex light conditions such as strong light and high contrast between light and dark. Camera image capture is prone to problems such as over-exposure or loss of dark details, which will greatly affect the efficiency and accuracy of robot visual obstacle avoidance and positioning perception.

    SC133HGS and SC233HGS adopt single frame inflection point HDR technology, and the dynamic range of HDR mode is up to 93dB and 92.65dB respectively, which can help the robot to capture clear image information of light and dark details in a strong light contrast environment, and reduce the appearance of overexposure of highlights or dark details. Provide accurate visual basis for intelligent robot action.


Ultra-high shutter efficiency Ultra-high frame rate
    In the strong light scene, the visual recognition of moving objects can easily produce moving residual image. The SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS have ultra-high shutter efficiency (PLS > 40000), which can easily cope with such situations, effectively reducing the production of light spot shadows when various types of robots shoot moving objects in bright environments, so as to achieve accurate sight and obstacle avoidance. In addition, the SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS can support the ultra-high frame rate of 120fps, and can be extended to intelligent recognition and other robot camera modules for new upgraded vision applications to meet the needs of ultra-low latency and efficient recognition.

Support color version custom multi-specification multi-application
    In addition to the black and white (Mono) version of mainstream robot vision perception applications, SC038HGS, SC133HGS and SC233HGS support color version customization, which can be adapted to more different application scenarios and meet the needs of color recognition functions. The different resolution sizes of SC038HGS(0.3MP), SC133HGS(1.3MP) and SC233HGS(2.3MP) can be flexibly applied to various types of intelligent robot equipment, providing end customers with a full range of solutions that take into account cost and performance.
