    Shanghai, China, September 11, 2025 - ROHM (headquartered in Kyoto, Japan), a globally renowned semiconductor manufacturer, announced today that it will participate in the Shanghai International Power Components, Renewable Energy Management Exhibition and Conference (hereinafter referred to as PCIM Asia Shanghai) from September 24 to 26. At that time, ROHM will showcase its outstanding SiC and GaN products and technologies in the industrial equipment and automotive fields. Meanwhile, ROHM will also hold a technical seminar on site to share its latest power electronics solutions.

    Rohm relies on its industry-leading power device technology centered on silicon carbide, as well as control IC and module technologies that fully leverage its performance. While providing power supply solutions, we also contribute to energy conservation and miniaturization in industrial equipment and the automotive sector. At this PCIM Asia Shanghai exhibition, in response to the ever-changing market demands in China, ROhm will focus on showcasing the following products and solutions:
Vehicle-mounted applications
    The new two-in-one SiC plastic-encapsulated module TRCDRIVE packTM: Equipped with the 4th generation SiC MOSFET, it achieves the industry's ultra-high power density and is specially designed for electric vehicle traction inverters.
    Four-in-one and six-in-one structure SiC plastic-encapsulated modules: With "HSDIP20" packaging, they are suitable for applications such as PFC and LLC converters in xEV on-board OBC, providing compact and cost-optimized drive solutions.
    New SiC plastic-encapsulated modules for industrial equipment and automotive applications;
    TO247 Discrete SiC MOSFET: Demonstrated through a practical three-phase inverter board for traction systems.
Industrial application
    A full range of GaN reference designs from 45W to 5.5kW, including compact AC adapters, Totem Pole PFC designs and server power supplies;
    The SEMITRANS 20 module of Semicron Danfoss with ROhm's new 2kV SiC MOSFET is applied to the new Solar system product "Sunny Central FLEX" of SMA Solar Technology AG.

Power Eco Family
    The Power Eco Family is a brand concept that combines ROHM's main power device series, covering four major product groups: EcoSiCTM, EcoGaNTM, EcoIGBTTM and EcoMOSTM. By facilitating energy conservation and miniaturization of application products, we contribute to reducing global Power consumption and material usage of products, and by jointly expanding the "Power Eco Family" with all stakeholders, we contribute to creating an application ecosystem. At this exhibition, each product group will be showcased through on-site demonstrations, adoption cases and practical evaluation tools provided on the booth.
