    Beijing, China, March 6, 2025 - Qorvo (NASDAQ: QRVO), a leading global provider of connectivity and power solutions, today announced an important addition to its award-winning QSPICE circuit simulation software - the ability to accurately model semiconductor components in minutes rather than hours. Electronic designers can now use the new tool in the QSPICE free package.

    This new capability enables designers to create circuit simulation models for discrete junction field-effect transistors (JFET), metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), and diodes using information commonly found in data sheets. QSPICE developer Mike Engelhardt says this new feature is the most significant circuit simulation improvement since QSPICE's release in 2023.
