With the continuous innovation of automotive electronic and electrical (E/E) architecture, automotive electronic systems integrate increasingly complex functional modules. To ensure that these modules can perform optimally and efficiently, a powerful and comprehensive control center is particularly important. In response to this demand, the Aurix StartKit solution is based on Infineon TC4D9 microcontrollers and TLF4D985 PMIC products. The program aims to empower all functional components in the automotive electronic system and accelerate the in-depth development of vehicle electrification, intelligence and networking.

TC4D9 is Infineon AURIX? TC4xx series of MCU products. The product combines power and performance optimization with new trends in virtualization, AI, functional safety, cybersecurity, and network functionality, laying the foundation for a new generation of intelligent driving design.Overcoming key challenges to drive innovation in electric vehicle technology For the part of BMS required for new energy vehicles, AURIX? TC4xx series MCUS use powerful PPUs to implement advanced battery models and algorithms that can more accurately predict battery states (SOX) and implement functions such as full-order electrochemical cell models, artificial neural networks, and virtual sensors. When it comes to the design of traction inverters, the TC4xx enables best-in-class system efficiency and future-proof functional integration concept (x-in-1) to optimize the performance and energy efficiency of electric vehicles. For power conversion applications, AURIX? With a new eGTM timer, high-resolution PWM and optimized ADC, the TC4xx is ideal for automotive MCUS.Ensure safety and reliability to support autonomous driving The trend toward higher levels of autonomous driving relies on excellent object recognition, and increasing radar channels, computing power, and memory is a key part. AURIX? The TC4xx provides a dedicated signal processing unit and DMA to accelerate data processing performance. The EEA architecture in the car will promote the decentralization of power distribution and the centralization of data and signal processing, for this reason, TC4xx uses the advantages of a variety of communication interfaces to realize a new hardware routing accelerator, and is equipped with a dedicated network security kernel to build a future-oriented security architecture for customers. In terms of ADAS/AD domain controllers, AURIX? The TC4xx provides rich connection functions, such as Gbit ethernet, PCIe, 10BASE-T1S Ethernet, and CAN XL. These functions enable high-speed data transmission, high-bandwidth data preprocessing and complex decision algorithms.
