Shanghai, China - December 17, 2024 - onsemi (NASDAQ: ONSEMI) ON and tier-one automotive supplier DENSO CORPORATION (" Denso ") announced the strengthening of their long-term partnership in autonomous driving (AD) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technologies.
For more than 10 years, ON has been providing Denso with the latest smart automotive sensors to enhance ADAS and autonomous driving performance. These semiconductors are becoming increasingly important in improving vehicle intelligence, including connectivity, which will help reduce traffic fatalities and injuries.

As a sign of the cooperation between the two parties, Denso plans to acquire shares in On the open market to further cement the long-term partnership.
