CST8191
CST8191 adopts low-power CMOS technology and is designed for low-power, high-performance unipolar detection hall effect applications, such as lid switches, non-contact switches, solid-state switches, lid closing sensors, and other battery operations. The Hall integrated circuit integrates an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, a comparator that amplifies the Hall voltage, a chopper amplifier, a Schmitt trigger to provide noise suppression for switch hysteresis, and a complementary output.
The total power consumption of CST8191 under 3.3V power supply conditions is usually less than 1.8uA. CST1918 was designed to cope with alternating Antarctica. When the magnetic flux density (B) is greater than the operating point (BOP), the output will turn on (low) and remain output until the magnetic flux density (B) is lower than the release point

CST8191 Description/概述：

When the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate point (BOP), the output will be turned on (low),the output is held until the magnetic flux density (B) is lower than release point (BRP), then turn off (high).
The device is available in SOT23-3L, SSOT23-3L,TSOT23-3L, SOT553, SIP-3L, DFN1006-3L and DFN1010-4L Packages and is rated over the -40°C to 85°C. The package is RoHS compliant.
