MT1470B Description:
The MT1470B is a synchronous buck converter using fixed on-time control (COT).
The main control loop of the MT1470B is controlled in COT mode and can use low ESR ceramic capacitors to achieve fast transient response without external compensation components, with 0 to 2A transient values of only 35mV at 1.2V output. The fixed on-time control technology enables a seamless transition between higher load PWM mode and light load operation, enabling the MT1470B to maintain high efficiency under light load conditions.
MT1470B operating input voltage range is 4.5V to 16V. The output voltage can be set between 0.8V and 6V. In addition, the soft startup time of the chip is adjustable. The interior has the functions of over-temperature protection, under-voltage protection and weekly term flow.
The MT1470B comes in a 6-pin SOT23-6 package and is designed to operate in a temperature range of -40 °C to 85°C.
