    CST223D is a single-button touch detection chip. The touch detection chip has built-in voltage regulating circuit, which provides stable voltage for the touch sensing circuit. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. The size of the touch detection PAD can be designed in a reasonable range according to different sensitivities, and has the characteristics of low power consumption and wide operating voltage, which can widely meet the needs of different consumer applications.

CST223D Description:

CST223D Features:
Operating voltage: 2.2V ~ 5.5V
Excellent anti-interference performance: built-in voltage regulating circuit, power on/power off reset function, anti-shake, automatic calibration and environment adaptive algorithm and other measures
The reference value is refreshed every second within eight seconds after power-on. If the key is touched within eight seconds after power-on or is not touched after eight seconds, the recalibration period is four seconds
Low power mode Standby current @VDD=3V/ No load Typical value 1.6uA (when not calibrated)
Fast mode standby current @VDD=3V/ No load typical value 3.4uA (when not calibrated)
In low power mode, the maximum response time is about 160ms@VDD=3V
The maximum response time of the fast mode key is about 64ms@VDD=3V
Sensitivity can be adjusted by touch detection of input pin external capacitance (0 ~ 50pF)
Output Mode Selection (TOG) : synchronous output or latched output
CMOS output (Q), which can be selected by the AHLB pin for a high or low level output
Open leakage output (OPDO), pure N-tube output, no diode protection to the power supply, low level output effective
After power-on, the initialization time is about 0.5 seconds. During this period, do not touch the detection point, and all functions are disabled
HBM ESD greater than 6KV
