NS6326 Description:
The NS6326 is a synchronous step-down power management chip that supports high voltage input, enabling 3A continuous current output over a wide range of input voltages. The NS6326 has excellent constant voltage/constant current (CC/CV) characteristics. The NS6326 uses the current mode loop control principle to achieve fast dynamic response. The NS6326 operating switching frequency is 130kHz, which has good EMI characteristics.
In addition, the NS6326 includes multiple protection functions: overtemperature protection, output short-circuit protection and input undervoltage/overvoltage protection.
The NS6326 uses the SOP8 standard package.
