RM1281A Description:
The RM1281A series chip has 1 to 4 touch key detection, which can be used to detect the touch action of the human hand on the external touch key. This series of chips has a high degree of integration, requiring fewer external components to achieve touch key detection.
The RM1281A SOP8 package series chip has 3 touch keys for parallel output or 4 touch keys for serial output. The SOT23-6 package series chip has 1 or 2 touch keys to directly output the touch state. The chip has a high power supply voltage rejection ratio, which can reduce the occurrence of key detection errors, which ensures that the chip is still highly reliable in the application of adverse environmental conditions.
The RM1281A series chip has a wide voltage operating range, low power operation mode, and features such as industrial operating temperature range, automatic calibration function to adapt to the environment, and anti-voltage fluctuations, which can provide a wide and easy touch button use scenario. It provides a simple and efficient implementation method for various touch-key applications.
