If you send a control pulse to the stepper motor, it will turn one step, and send another pulse, it will turn another step. The shorter the interval between the two pulses, the faster the stepper motor will turn. Adjusting the pulse frequency sent by the single chip microcomputer can speed regulate the stepper motor. It can make the motor run smoothly at low speed, almost no vibration and noise, and the torque of the stepper driver is much higher than that of the two-phase and five-phase hybrid stepper motor at high speed. Positioning accuracy up to 60,000 steps/revolution. And we confirm that the amplification of the control signal is the core work of the driver.
    Stepper motor must have a driver and controller to work properly. The function of the stepper driver is to distribute the control pulse in a ring and amplify the power, so that the winding of the stepper motor is electrified in a certain sequence and the rotation of the stepper motor is controlled.
