CST223A Description:
CST223A is a single-button touch detection chip, the touch detection chip built-in voltage regulator circuit, to provide a stable voltage to the touch sensing circuit, stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications, the touch detection chip is designed to replace the traditional button. The size of the touch detection PAD can be designed in a reasonable range according to different sensitivity, low power consumption and wide operating voltage, which are the characteristics of this touch chip in DC or AC applications.

The built-in voltage regulator provides a stable voltage for the detection circuit
Built-in low voltage reset (LVR) function
Working current 6uA@VDD=3V, no load
Low power standby current 2uA@VDD=3V, no load
The sensitivity can be adjusted flexibly, no external capacitance is required, and the maximum parasitic capacitance is 30pF
Touch detection input pin series 0~100K resistance can adjust the sensitivity
The output mode has been configured, eliminating external selection resistors
Output Optional CMOS output/open drain output, high/low level effective
The touch output pin provides a maximum output time of 16 seconds
It takes about 0.5 seconds to stabilize after power-on
