FM25XX
The FM25XX series is a low-power primary side feedback (PSR) switching power supply chip that integrates high-power MOSFET transistors, suitable for isolated, high-efficiency, low-power portable device charger applications. FM25XX adopts unique primary feedback control technology with constant current and voltage function, as well as unique PFM+PWM technology to reduce the power consumption of the chip under light load and achieve efficient application.

FM25XX Description：
The FM25XX series is a low-power primary side feedback (PSR) switching power supply chip that integrates high-power MOSFET transistors, suitable for isolated, high-efficiency, low-power portable device charger applications. FM25XX adopts unique primary feedback control technology with constant current and voltage function, as well as unique PFM+PWM technology to reduce the power consumption of the chip under light load and achieve efficient application. FM25XX has output line loss compensation technology to ensure sufficient output power under high current. In addition, FM25XX also integrates over temperature protection, VCC undervoltage protection, VCC overvoltage protection, output short circuit protection and other technologies. FM25XX adopts a compact DIP/SOP package, which facilitates system design and wiring. The FM25XX series offers three packaging options: SOP7, DIP7, and SOP8.
