NS2202X Describe:
    The NS2202X series is an input overvoltage protection chip with built-in overvoltage/overcurrent/overtemperature protection function and input UVLO latch function. When the input is abnormal, it can disconnect the OUT port and IN port of the system, effectively protecting the downstream circuit from damage and improving the application reliability of the system.
    NS2202 is equipped with EN enable and current limiting adjustment ILIMT pins externally. When the EN pin is connected to a low level, the chip is in working mode; When the EN pin is connected to a high level, it enters the shutdown mode. By adjusting the resistance of the ILIMT pin, the current limiting protection threshold point can be adjusted to a maximum of 2.1A.
    The NS2202X series offers three pin packaging options: NS2202, NS2202A, and NS2202B. Among them, NS2202A and NS2202B adopt the standard SOT23-3L packaging form; And NS2202 adopts the standard SOT23-6L packaging form.
