    CST8102A is an FM interference free, 4 Ω 6W, mono AB/D class audio power amplifier. The ultra-low EMI is very suitable for use in portable devices with FM function.
    CST8102A can be easily switched to Class AB mode through a MODE pin, completely eliminating EMI interference.
    The operating voltage range of CST8102A is 2.5-7.0V. In the D-class amplifier mode, it can provide an efficiency of over 90%. The new unfiltered structure can eliminate the low-pass filter of traditional D-class amplifiers.

CST8102A PCB design considerations:
    If there are via holes in the power supply pin (VDD) wiring network, a porous connection must be used and the inner diameter of the via holes must be increased. It is not allowed to directly connect with a single via hole. The power capacitor should be placed as close to the pin as possible.
    The input capacitor (Cin) and input resistor (Rin) should be placed as close as possible to the pins of the power amplifier chip, and it is best to use a ground wrapping method for wiring, which can effectively suppress the noise of other signal coupling.
    The bottom heat sink of CST8102A is recommended to be soldered onto the PCB board for chip heat dissipation. It is suggested to use large-area copper plating on the PCB to connect the heat sink in the middle of the chip, with a certain range of exposed copper to help with chip heat dissipation.
    The wiring pins of CST8102A output connected to the speaker should be as short as possible, and the wiring width should be at least 0.4mm.

CST8102A Test Method:

    Filter testing must be added when testing Class D mode. AUX-0025 is a filter. In order to test the data accurately and in line with practical applications, an inductor is connected in series at the RL load end to simulate the parasitic inductance in the speaker
