Shanghai, China, November 6, 2025 - ROHM (headquartered in Kyoto, Japan), a globally renowned semiconductor manufacturer, announced today that its EcoGaNTM Power Stage IC has been applied to AC adapters of MSI products, including gaming laptops.
This AC adapter was developed by Delta, a world-leading Power supply manufacturer. It adopts the EcoGaNTM Power Stage IC "BM3G005MUV-LB", featuring high-speed power switching, low on-resistance, etc. Combined with Delta's advanced power management technology, it significantly reduces the size and improves energy efficiency compared with previous adapters.

By installing the EcoGaNTM Power Stage IC, the adapter designed by Delta for MSI not only increases the power supply wattage but also maintains a high output power for a short period of time during peak conditions, ensuring a stable power supply even in high-performance gaming high-load environments.
In recent years, with the improvement of processing capabilities of gaming laptops, the performance of the Gpus and cpus they are equipped with has also been getting higher and higher.
