    On March 6, 2025, Dalianda Holdings, a leading international semiconductor component distributor committed to the Asia-Pacific market, announced that its subsidiary Pinjia launched the Infineon XMC1404 MCU, IMBG65R048M1H CoolSiC? MOSFET, IPDQ60R010S7 CoolMos? 3.3KW bidirectional totem pole PFC digital power solution for MOSFET and 2EDS9259X gate driver IC.

    With the rapid development of AI technology and profound changes in the energy structure, the home energy storage system, portable energy storage and AI Server market is ushering in a wave of rapid growth. According to relevant data, in 2023, the global home energy storage system market sales reached $8.74 billion, and it is expected to reach $49.86 billion in 2029, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 33.68%. At the same time, after experiencing a period of explosive growth, the portable energy storage market has now entered a stage of stable growth and is expected to break through the 90 billion yuan mark in 2027. In addition, the continued expansion of the AI Server market has also spawned a strong demand for high-power server power. In the face of the development of these emerging application areas, traditional switching power supplies are difficult to meet market demand in terms of "volume, weight and efficiency". To this end, we rely on Infineon XMC1404 MCU, IMBG65R048M1H CoolSiC? MOSFET, IPDQ60R010S7 CoolMos? MOSFET and 2EDS9259X gate driver IC introduced 3.3KW two-way Totem pole PFC digital power solution.

    Infineon XMC1404 MCU is used as the main control. Cortex? -M0 processor core, the main frequency is 48MHz, with high-speed processing capability. The MCU uses the current inner ring + voltage outer ring double ring digital control, the switching frequency can reach 100KHz. In terms of safety mechanism, the product is equipped with short-circuit, overcurrent, undervoltage, overvoltage and other protection functions, and reserved UART communication interface, which can meet the real-time control needs of motor control and digital power conversion.
    The main loop of the scheme adopts CoolSiC? MOSFET IMBG65R048M1H as totem pole PFC high frequency switching tube, as well as CoolMos? MOSFET IPDQ60R010S7 as a low-frequency switching tube, with 2EDS9259X series as a driver, with excellent energy efficiency and reliability.

    In addition, the solution is equipped with a pluggable auxiliary power module based on Infineon's QR-Flyback IC ICE5QSBG with CoolMos? The MOSFET IPN70R360P7S powers modules such as MCUS, gate drivers and fans.
    With these outstanding devices, the solution implements a 3.3KW 100KHz fully digital bidirectional power supply system that integrates a high performance, high density Continuous Conduction mode (CCM) totem pole bridless power factor correction (TP PFC) converter that supports a wide range of input voltage from 110Vac to 265Vac. And can stable output 400V DC voltage, its power factor up to 0.99, peak efficiency up to 98.5%, excellent performance.
