Miller, chief executive Officer of Dolphin Semiconductor. Robert LeFort is chairman of the board of directors, and Sherry Lefort is chairman of the board. Shelly Van Dyke is an independent director. She has extensive experience in strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions in the semiconductor sector and will provide a wealth of knowledge to support Dolphin Semiconductor's scaling. About Robert? Robert LeFort
Robert (Bob)? Lefort retired from Infineon Technologies in July 2023 and was previously President of Infineon Technologies Americas. In January 2015, following Infineon's acquisition of International Rectifier, Bob began to lead Infineon's Americas business. He also led the post-acquisition integration of Cypress Semiconductor, which was acquired in April 2020.
Since returning to Infineon in 2013, Bob has served as Corporate Vice President, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, based in Munich. Prior to returning to Infineon, he was CEO of Ember Corporation, which was acquired by Silicon Labs in 2012.
Bob has served on nonprofit boards and advisory committees, and is currently a board member of Boreas.
Lefort holds a high honors MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
About Shirley? Shelly Van Dyke
Shirley? Van Dyke is vice president of strategy, Simulation and Automotive Embedded systems at NXP Semiconductors. She has more than 38 years of experience in engineering, strategy and strategic finance in the semiconductor industry and technology supply chain. Career highlights include launching the NXP Oak Hill Fab project, Freescale's initial public offering, serving on the board of Directors of the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics Industry Association, the merger and integration of NXP and Freescale, and NXP's proposed acquisition of TTTech Auto.
She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Regis University.
