In the development process of Industry 4.0, the manufacturing industry is moving steadily towards the direction of intelligence, networking and automation, and the demand for efficient and reliable communication technology is becoming more urgent. EtherCAT (Ethernet for Control Automation Technology), as a real-time industrial fieldbus communication protocol based on Ethernet, can provide accurate synchronization in nanoseconds, which is crucial for servo drive systems. Servo drive systems often need to precisely coordinate the action of each shaft, and EtherCAT ensures that each servo shaft receives and executes control commands in a very short time, enabling fast and precise synchronous movement of multi-axis servo drives, which improves productivity and optimizes mechanical performance.
The servo slave system solution introduced by Zhaoyi is based on the GD32H75E series ultra-high performance industrial interconnected MCU with Cortex-M7 core as the main control, and integrates the EtherCAT SubDevice Controller (ESC) module. The system adopts standard CIA402 protocol and is controlled in real time by TwinCAT. The scheme supports contour position mode (PP), 30 origin regression mode (HM), cyclic synchronous position mode (CSP) and other working modes. The built-in HPDF module and external sigma-delta modulator enable In-line current sampling, which not only contributes to the improvement of motor control performance, but also ensures reliability and stability under complex operating conditions. In this context, Zhaoyi innovation launched a 3.5kW DC charging pile and portable bidirectional energy storage inverter based on GD32G5 series high-performance MCU to meet the market's urgent demand for efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly energy use.
As the control brain of the DC charging pile, the MCU can precisely regulate the output of the charging pile, convert the grid voltage to DC voltage, charge the new energy electric vehicle, and ensure the efficiency and safety of the charging process. The 3.5kW DC charging pile scheme based on GD32G5 series high-performance MCU introduced by Zhaoeasy Innovation uses a single MCU chip to control the two-stage topology (the front single-phase totem pole PFC and the rear full bridge LLC), where the switching frequency of PFC is 70kHz, and the switching frequency of LLC is 94kHz~300kHz. The input voltage of the scheme is 220V (±10%) /50Hz, and the maximum effective value of the input current is 17A. The output voltage ranges from 250VDC to 450VDC, supporting trickle, constant current and constant voltage charging. The solution achieves a peak efficiency of 96.2%, PF of 0.999, and THD of 2.7%, which can meet the stringent requirements of current EV charging applications.
3.5kW DC charging pile solution based on GD32G5 series high-performance MCU
At this conference, a number of Zhaoyi's innovative partners also launched new solutions based on GD32 MCU. Among them, Shenzhen CLP Port Technology Co., Ltd. has brought industrial and commercial energy storage BMS solutions based on GD32F527/GD32VW553. With advanced technology, complete functions, security and reliability, the solution adopts automatic address addressing technology, flexible and scalable architecture, supports multiple local or cloud upgrade modes, and can flexibly adjust intelligent battery balancing policies according to different running states through algorithms. The scheme is equipped with multi-level fault protection mechanism and two-level data storage mechanism, which can ensure the stable operation of the system and data security. Based on this solution, customers can also perform secondary development according to their specific needs, and this high degree of flexibility greatly reduces the development time, which is expected to save customers at least six months of development cycle.
