SA8301
The SA8301 provides an integrated motor drive solution for consumer products, toys and other low-voltage or battery-operated motion control applications. This device can drive a DC brushless motor, composed of power PMOS and NMOS, integrated motor forward/reverse/stop/brake four functions.
The SA8301 supports a maximum operating voltage of 7.0V, continuous current of 1.8A, and peak current of 2.5A. At the same time, it integrates protection functions such as over-temperature protection and under-voltage locking.
