TC5020AP,TC5020GF is designed for LED display column driver constant current IC, it has built-in CMOS shift register and latch function, can convert serial input data into parallel output data format. TC5020AP,TC5020GF input voltage range of 3.3V ~ 5V, provide 16 current sources, can provide 3~32mA constant current in each output stage to drive the LED. The current difference in the output channel of a single IC is less than ±2.5%; The output current difference between multiple ics is less than ±3.5%. The current changes with the output withstand voltage (VDS), controlled at 0.1% per volt; The change of current by supply voltage (VDD) and ambient temperature is also controlled at 1%. The user can adjust the current size of each output stage of the TC5020AP and TC5020GF by selecting external resistors with different resistance values. By this mechanism, the user can precisely control the luminance of the LED.

    The TC5020AP and TC5020GF guarantee that the output stage can withstand 11 volts, so multiple leds can be connected to each output terminal in series. In addition, the TC5020AP and TC5020GF also provide 25MHz high clock frequency input to meet the needs of the system for large amounts of data transmission.
