NS2020 Description:
    NS2020 is a linear constant current driver chip for driving high voltage and low current LED loads. Its application scheme has few external components, compact layout, and can be easily and flexibly applied to various LED products. Simple linear drive can not only improve the power factor, improve efficiency, but also avoid EMI interference problems.
    NS2020 adopts linear constant current control output current, integrated power MOS tube, output current can be set to 5mA~60mA through external resistance.
    The maximum output voltage of NS2020 can reach 500V, in any case, the excess voltage of the input power above the LED load is borne by NS2020, preventing the LED load from being damaged by overvoltage, providing reliability and stability for the overall solution. In order to prevent overheating damage to the chip, NS2020 integrates temperature attenuation function, when the chip surface temperature rises to 120 ° C, NS2020 starts to reduce the output current, when more than 160 ° C, NS2020 output current is reduced by 90%. This function can avoid the flicker problem caused by traditional overtemperature protection.
    The NS2020 is available in eSOP8(NS2020E,NS2020D)/TO252-2(NS2020T)/SOT89-3(NS2020S) packages.
