FMRX2AMS

    FMRX2AMS is a dedicated single-chip solution designed for toys such as remote control cars. The chip integrates two H-bridge drive circuits, which can drive the steering motor and the forward and backward motor at the same time. Single channel maximum continuous output current reaches 1.5A, maximum peak output current 2A. The forward/backward channel is used to drive the forward and backward motor, with a maximum continuous output current of 1.65A and a maximum peak output current of 2.5A; When the two channels work at the same time, the left/right turn channel can continuously output 0.8A, and the forward/backward channel can continuously output 1.4A. The chip has a wide operating voltage range (from 2V to 7.5V at the VCC end).

Built-in 2.6V voltage regulator LDO circuit;
Power MOSFET tube with low on-internal resistance;
