LTK64004 Description:
The LTK64004 is a low noise switching capacitor voltage doubler. It produces a fixed 5V output voltage with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5V. With its simple peripheral circuitry (one flight capacitor and two small bypass capacitors in VIN and VOUT), the LTK64004 is ideal for small, battery-powered applications. The LTK64004 has an overheat protection function, which can turn off the output protection chip in a short time when the chip is too warm.
