The ME3118 is a simple and efficient synchronous rectifier step-down regulator with a maximum output current of 5A. The ME3118 has an input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and can provide output current up to 5A and output voltage down to 0.8V. The product comes in an ESOP8 package with a heat sink and operates at -40 °C to +85 °C.
