    The ME6232 series is a CMOS process 1.4uA IQ, high precision, high PSRR, low pressure differential linear regulator. ME6232 series voltage regulator built-in fixed voltage reference, temperature protection, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit and low internal resistance MOSFETs, to achieve ultra-low power consumption, high ripple suppression, low voltage differential performance.
    The ME6232 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in volume than tantalum capacitors and do not require By-pass capacitors, which is more space-saving.

ME6232 Description:

    The ME6232 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in volume than tantalum capacitors and do not require By-pass capacitors, which is more space-saving.
    The high speed response of the ME6232 series can cope with fluctuations in load current, so it is particularly suitable for use in handheld and RF products. The output can be turned off through the CE pin on the control chip, and the power consumption after the shutdown is only 0μA.
