ME6203
The ME6203 series is a high voltage input linear regulator manufactured in CMOS technology. This series of regulator has built-in fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit and phase compensation circuit, and built-in short circuit protection circuit. The output voltage is set by internal feedback resistance, which can be set between 1.8V and 12V, and the output accuracy is ±1% (VOUT=3.3V, 5.0V) and ±2% (other voltage values).
