The ME6211 series is a high precision, high ripple rejection ratio, low noise, ultra-fast response low voltage difference linear regulator manufactured in CMOS technology.
    ME6211 Series Voltage regulator Regulator built-in fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit and low internal resistance MOSFETs, to achieve high ripple suppression, low output noise, ultra-fast response to low voltage difference performance.
    The ME6211 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in volume than tantalum capacitors and saves space By eliminating the need for 0.1μF By-Pass capacitors.
    The high speed response of the ME6211 series can cope with fluctuations in load current, so it is particularly suitable for use in handheld and RF products. The output can be turned off through the CE pin on the control chip, and the power consumption after the shutdown is only less than 1μA.
