The ME6219 is a 300mA, ultra-low noise, ultra-fast response LDO linear regulator.
The ME6219 series is a high precision, low noise, ultra-fast response low voltage difference linear regulator manufactured in CMOS technology. This series of regulators has built-in fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit and low internal resistance MOSFETs to achieve high ripple suppression, low output noise, ultra-fast response to low voltage difference performance.

ME6219 Description：

The ME6219 is compatible with ceramic capacitors that are smaller in volume than tantalum capacitors, and does not require the use of 0.1μF By-pass capacitors, which is more space-saving. Its excellent high-speed response can cope with load current fluctuations, so it is particularly suitable for use in handheld and RF products. The output can be turned off through the CE pin on the control chip, and the power consumption after the shutdown is only less than 1μA.
