The ME3116 is an asynchronous rectifier step-down voltage regulator with integrated MOSFETs. It provides up to 1A load capacity over a wide input voltage range (4.75V-40V).
    The ME3116 system adopts PWM control mode, which has good transient response and cycle period flow function. At the same time, the system automatically switches to PFM mode under light load conditions to ensure high light load efficiency.
    The ME3116 built-in power tube has a low RDSON (typical value of 0.9Ω) and is typically up to 90% efficient. It has built-in soft start and loop compensation, as well as 550K fixed operating frequency, which ensures product performance while also greatly reducing the peripheral devices required for product applications.
    The ME3116 also has overheat shut-off, input undervoltage protection, BS undervoltage protection and short circuit protection.
    ME3116 is available in SOT23-6 package.
