HT6881 is a low EMI, anti clip top distortion, single channel unfiltered Class D audio power amplifier.
The biggest feature of HT6881 is its anti peak distortion (ACF) output control function, which can detect and suppress peak distortion (broken sound) caused by excessive amplitude of input music and speech signals.

HT6881 Description:
HT6881 is a low EMI, anti clip top distortion, single channel unfiltered Class D audio power amplifier. Under 6.5V power supply, 10% THD+N, and 4Ω load conditions, the output power is 4.7W, maintaining high efficiency in various audio terminal applications and providing the performance of AB class amplifiers.
The biggest feature of HT6881 is its anti clipping distortion (ACF) output control function, which can detect and suppress clipping distortion (sound breakage) caused by excessive amplitude of input music and voice signals, and adaptively prevent output clipping caused by power supply voltage drop in battery applications, significantly improving sound quality, creating a very comfortable listening experience, and protecting speakers from overload damage. At the same time, the chip has ACF Off mode.
HT6881 has unique electromagnetic radiation (EMI) suppression technology and excellent full bandwidth low radiation performance. The radiation level is still far below the FCC Part 15 Class B standard without any auxiliary design, which not only avoids interference with other sensitive circuits but also reduces the difficulty of system design. It can also switch to Class AB mode to completely eliminate electromagnetic radiation.
HT6881 integrates filter free digital modulation technology internally, which can directly drive speakers and minimize distortion and noise of pulse output signals. The output does not require a filtering network, and minimal external components save system space and cost, making it an ideal choice for portable applications.
In addition, the built-in shutdown function of HT6881 minimizes standby current and integrates functions such as output overcurrent protection, on-chip over temperature protection, and power undervoltage abnormal protection.
