NS4165，NS4165B Description:
    NS4165B is a class AB/D working mode can be switched, ultra-low EMI, no filter, 5.4W high efficiency mono audio amplifier.
    Class AB/D operating mode can be switched between high and low levels through a control pin to match different application environments. Even in Class D operating mode, the NS4165B uses advanced technology to greatly reduce EMI interference over the full bandwidth range, minimizing the impact on other components. Its output without filter PWM modulation structure and built-in feedback resistance reduce external components, PCB area and system costs.
    The NS4165B is capable of delivering up to 5.4W of output power to a 2Ω load at 5V operating voltage. The NS4165B has built-in overheat protection function, which effectively protects the chip from being damaged under abnormal working conditions. And the spread spectrum technology is used to fully optimize the new circuit design with more than 90% efficiency, which is more suitable for low voltage, high power output audio systems.
    The NS4165B is available in an eSOP8 package with a rated operating temperature range of -40 ° C to 85 ° C.
