HAA3605 Description:
The HAA3605 is an analog input, stereo, highly efficient Class D audio power amplifier. It operates at 4.5V to 16V, drives 2x4Ω speakers, and provides 2X25W peak output power at 16V supply voltage (THD+N=1%).
The HAA3605 uses PLAGC technology to continuously monitor output power and dynamically adjust internal gain to prevent the speaker from being subjected to excessive pressure for long periods of time. It also prevents clip noise when playing music.
The HAA3605 features SSM (spread spectrum modulation), AERC (active Edge Rate Control) and dephase capabilities to suppress EMI, enabling the use of an inexpensive ferrite magnetic bead filter at the output while meeting EMC requirements to reduce system costs.
The HAA3605 has UVP (under voltage protection), OVP (over voltage protection), DC speaker protection, OCP (over current protection), OTP (over temperature protection). All of these protections can be restored automatically.
The HAA3605 comes in ETSSOP-28L packaging.
